Here are the essentials for private full-property rental stays at Lost Lake.
Check-in / check-out
Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out can sometimes be accommodated if no one else is arriving that day, but it needs to be arranged in advance.
Will there be other guests at the resort during my stay?
No. Your booking is private and the property is reserved exclusively for your group. The Lost Lake host team may be available as needed, but no other guest groups will be booked during your stay.
Pet policy
Lost Lake is intended to be very pet-friendly, as the property was built with pets in mind. Just let us know if you are hoping to bring a pet and we can confirm whether that will work for your stay.
Where is Lost Lake?
Lost Lake is in Parkland County, about 45 minutes from both Edmonton and Edmonton International Airport, making it an easy getaway without a long travel day.
Parking
Designated parking is set up on the north side of the house.
WiFi
Yes. Internet is provided through Starlink, with an internal WiFi system that typically covers the entire property.
Smoking policy
Smoking is not permitted inside the resort. If you smoke, please use designated outdoor smoking areas only.
Cancellation policy
Bookings are confirmed directly by the Lost Lake host team. If plans change, reach out as early as possible and we will work through the options based on the notice given and the dates reserved.
Is the whole property rented or individual rooms?
You choose the rooms that fit your group, and the whole property is yours for the stay. No other guests are booked during your visit. The Lost Lake host team may be available on-site in a separate private support capacity if needed.
How does the booking request work?
You send your preferred dates, group details, and room choices through the booking page. The Lost Lake host team then confirms availability, answers any questions, and finalizes the stay directly with you. Overnight stays are limited to a maximum of 10 guests.
