From May through August, Lost Lake is opening quietly to friends and family first. Pick your room, send your dates, and Scott will confirm the rest directly.
How phase 1 works
Simple. Personal. Friends and family first.
Phase 1 runs from May through August and is intentionally limited to friends and family so the experience can stay personal while we learn what works best.
Room rates start at $150/night
Canada, Paris, and New York are $150 per night per room. The Haven is $200 per night as the premium room. If a family member brings a guest and they use another room, that room is billed separately.
Bed & breakfast phase 1
Phase 1 is set up as a bed and breakfast stay. A continental-style breakfast is provided each morning. Lunch, dinner, snacks, and personal beverages are the responsibility of guests.
Scott confirms directly
Send your dates and room request through the booking flow and Scott will confirm availability and finalize the details with you directly.
Butler service
Someone on-site to make the stay easier.
Every friends and family stay includes butler service. That means someone will be on-site to help with the logistics that make the property work well — opening the pool cover, setting up paddle boards, building the dock fire, tying fish hooks, and handling the little details that make the stay better.
Bed & breakfast
Breakfast is included. The rest is up to you.
Phase 1 is offered as a bed and breakfast. A continental-style breakfast will be served each morning, similar to what you would expect from a quality hotel breakfast service. Lunch, dinner, snacks, and personal beverages are the responsibility of guests.
To get the most value from the property, guests are encouraged to plan to enjoy the day on-site rather than spending large parts of it driving into town for meals. Lost Lake is meant to be experienced as a full day — morning coffee, the outdoor gym, the pool, the lake, dinner at the property, and an evening fire.
Guests may use the kitchen and outdoor dining areas. Because multiple families or groups may be at the property at the same time, kitchen use and food storage will be kept simple and organized during Phase 1 while we learn what works best.

I hope you find the time to come out and stay, and I hope you bring friends. When you do, I'll be around — happy to visit, maybe share a drink — but make no mistake, this is your vacation. My job is to make it better, not to be in the middle of it.
It might feel a little awkward asking me to help with something or get you what you need. Do it anyway. That's what I'm here for.
This first phase is intentionally low-key. I'm learning how to host multiple families at the property and make sure everyone has the best experience possible. I'll do everything I can to make your stay remarkable. All I ask in return is honest feedback — the kind that actually helps me get better at this.
